Organisation Data Management
- Organisation data is maintained through the My Organisation Profile and My Organisation Settings pages.
- Please review the configuration choices that have been set up for your organisation to ensure that they align with your expectations.
- Organisation data can only be modified by users with Enterprise Administrators. Enterprise Administrators are required to use two-factor authentication (2FA) through their verification phone number to make bank account changes.
- Main Contractors have access to the Organisational Change Audit Report to review user-initiated changes to their organisation data and also to any of the Subcontractors on their projects.
- Main Contractors can create organisation level holds to better protect Subcontractor organisations. Automatic organisation level holds are triggered when select organisational data is edited on the Subcontractor's My Organisation Profile page.
