Selecting Project Settings for Owner Created Projects
The Project Settings page displays after you add a project as an Owner. To select the project settings:
- Navigate to the Choose Project Settings Page for Owners
- When you create a project on the system, the Project Settings page displays.
- Choose Project Settings under the Project Setup menu at the top of any page to access the project settings at any time.
- From the Project Settings page, select the Standard tab.
- (Optional) Enter a template name if you want to reuse project's settings as a template for future projects. Certain fields will still need to be filled out when using a template.
For example: The Original Contract Value, Project, and Site Information are unique to each project.
- Select a project status. When a project is set to Inactive, most project actions are not available.
- Select the project settings you want to use. All required settings are marked with a red asterisks.
- (Optional) Use the Search bar to search for a specific project setting on this page.
- Select a setting category from the left-hand side of the page to easily navigate between different categories of project settings.
- Select Save Settings.
A Status page confirms the project setting have been saved.
