Unsubscribing from a Message
To configure which messages the application should send to your email address on file:
- Navigate to the Messages Page
- From under your username at the top of any page, select Messages. When you navigate to the page in this way, you will see all system-related messages when the page loads.
- From the top, right corner of any project page, select Messages to see messages filtered to that project.
- Select one or more notification from the table.
- Select Unsubscribe.
- A Success! message confirms you unsubscribed from the notification ID. You will no longer receive email messages with this notification ID.
- The message's subscription status changes to No in the Email Subscription column.
- Unsubscribing from a message will unsubscribe you from that message across all projects in which you have a role.
Notes:
- Unsubscribing from an email type prevents the system from sending all future emails of that type. If you choose to not receive emails, you must regularly log in to the application to avoid missing period, payment application, payment application rejection, VAT Invoice, payment, and compliance updates. Select an email type and then select Subscribe begin receiving those emails again.
- The messages you receive depend upon your user permissions and project roles so multiple users in your organisation might receive the same notifications. If you unsubscribe from a message, this will not affect other users from receiving that message.
- You cannot unsubscribe from system messages. These messages show a subscription status of Required in the Email Subscription column.
