Assigning Users to Project Roles

Use the User Roles page to assign users to roles for a project.

Note: Only users with Create Projects permissions can assign project user roles.

Can't select the right user?

  1. Navigate to the User Roles Page
  2. Choose at least one user under the column for each required role. Mark the tickbox in the user's row to assign a user to the project role.
  3. Choose Save Changes.

    A Status page confirms the user access has been updated. An email is generated and sent to users who were assigned roles.

    Note: You will not be able to Save Changes until all the required roles are filled.
