Choosing Organisation Settings for Main Contractors

After completing your organisation profile, you can select additional settings for your organisation. These settings are optional, and you can change them at any time from the My Organisation Settings page.

Tip:

Use the search box at the top of the page to find a specific setting.

To edit your organisation settings:

  1. Navigate to the My Organisation Settings Page
  2. Select the applicable organisation settings.
    • (Optional) From the Days before passwords expire drop-down menu, select how many days should pass before user passwords expire.
    • (Optional) Choose the date input format the application uses to display date stamps.

      Note: dd-Mon-yyyy is always an acceptable date format.

    • Select a default requirement status for Standard and Periodic document tracking.
    • Select a default expiration tracking status for Standard document tracking.
    • The Enable Partial Payments field allows you to view if partial payments have been enabled or disabled. Contact your Textura Administrator if you need to make changes to this setting.
    • (Optional) Add segments to organise projects into custom groups. Select the tick box under the Segment Information section.

      Once the segments are enabled, users with Create Projects permissions may assign the project to a segment

      Enterprise Administrators can view and edit segments without enabling segments

    • (Optional) Set up a data consent form users must accept before saving or updating user profiles on the applications.
  3. Select the Save Changes button.

    A Status page confirms the organisation profile has been saved.

  4. (Optional) Select the My Organisation Profile link to go to a page to edit your organisation profile. For more information, see topic My Organisation Profile
  5. (Optional) Select the My Integration Settings link to update or view TPM integration settings. For more information, see topic Working with the Settings Tab.
