Tracking Notice of Lending Compliance

Users with Manage TPA permissions can track the compliance of the Notice of Lending Organisation on TPA projects that require the form.

The Notice of Lending page defaults to showing only the forms that are Not Received. Use the Clear Filters link or the MC Compliance drop-down to see forms with other statuses.

Once the Notice of Lending Organisation has attached a completed form, you can update the compliance status to remove the internal compliance hold.

  1. Navigate to the Notice of Lending Page
  2. In the Attachments column associated with the Notice of Lending document to update, select View.

    A Requirement Status dialogue box displays.

  3. Review the uploaded Notice of Lending attachment.
  4. In the Status field, mark the status as Received.
  5. Select Save.

    Note: The status can also be updated by compliance managers on the Edit Compliance Status page.
