Enabling Aconex Integration for Subcontractors

You will receive a notification from your Main Contractor to enable Aconex integration. Only users with the Enterprise Administrator role can authenticate the Aconex Host.

Note: The Aconex Integration tab is displayed only if your Main Contractor has opted to transmit documents.

  1. Access the Aconex Integration tab from the task notification sent to you by your Main Contractor. You can also access this tab from the Project Settings page.
  2. From the Aconex Integration tab, select the Enable Aconex Integration checkbox.
  3. Select which Aconex environment your project is running in from the drop-down list. Choose a host and select the Sign In button to authenticate your Aconex account. The Aconex login page is displayed where you can enter your Aconex credentials. The TPM Project Settings page is displayed upon successful login. TPM will display a message confirming that you have successfully linked your account.
  4. Select Save Settings.
