Viewing Invitation Status

Navigate to Manage Period Participants page to view the status of invited subcontractors. The Participate in Period? column includes the status of invited Subcontractors:

Notification Pending—The Subcontractor will receive an invitation to the period once the system fully processes the request.
Yes—The Subcontractor received an invitation to the period.
Check box—The Subcontractor can be invited to the period.
