View Period Request Column Fields Overview
The following columns are displayed on both tabs.
Description
Describes the line item.
Scheduled Values
Current value for the line item; it includes the Adjustment Amount.
Work Completed
- From Previous Application: Amount in pounds of the work completed through the last period.
- This Period: Amount in pounds of the work completed between the Period From and Period To dates.
- Material Stored This Period: Amount in pounds of material stored between the Period From and Period To dates.
Total Completed and Stored to Date
Amount in pounds of the material completed and stored from the start of the project (Work Completed From Previous Application + Work Completed This Period + Material Stored This Period).
% Complete
The percentage of work completed in the current period and all previous periods.
Balance Due
The amount remaining on the contract.
Retention
- This Period: The amount in pounds for the work completed between the Period From and Period To dates.
- Balance: The total amount of retention being held for the line.

Item
The number used to sort line items sequentially.

The table is organised by Subcontract. It includes additional columns.
Sub Contract
Links to the View Period Request-WB page for the subcontract.
Sub Contractor Description
Identifies the Subcontractor and links to the documents. Document links appear based on the Document Settings selected by the Main Contractor on the Project Settings page:
- Payment Application, Additional Document, VAT Invoice, Supplements and Approval Coversheets links opens a dialogue screen to download PDF versions of the document.
- The View Uploaded Files link opens the View Uploaded Files page.
- The Payment Application Control Log link opens the Payment Application Control Log page.
