Assigning User Roles Across Multiple Projects

  1. Navigate to the Project Roles Page
  2. From the Project Roles page, use the search box, sort option, and the All projects and Assigned projects tab to narrow the projects displayed. See topic Working with Project Roles Page for more information.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the project role associated with a project row to assign or remove a user from a project role.
  4. Select Update to save your changes.
  5. Optional. To manage the project role for another user, select the Users link to access the Browse Users page.
