Creating a Report for Subcontractors
To create a report from the Reports page:
- Navigate to the Reports Page
From the Tools menu in the header of any page, select Reports.
- From the Reports page, select +Create.
The New Report Guided Process will appear.
- From the New Report Guided Process, choose a report to generate.
Note: You can either select a report from the list or use the search bar to find a Textura report type by name, description, or the fields included in the report.
- (Optional) Select View Fields to open a drawer on the right-hand side of the page. The drawer lists all output fields included in the report.
- Select Continue.
- Enter your report definition.
- Select a File Type.
- (Optional) Set up a schedule to run the report at a chosen frequency.
- Select Continue.
- Choose appropriate filters for the report.
Filters may include:
- From Period Date
- To Period Date
- Project Status
- Project Selection
- Select Finish.
- The New Report page will close and the report you have generated will appear in the table on the Reports page.
A Report Created message will display at the bottom of the page and the report job will immediately begin to generate your file if you have not set a schedule for the report to follow.
