Specified Billing Overview

If a subcontract uses Specified Billing, you can enter invoices for Subcontractors. Subcontractors must review the invoices and apply their electronic signatures to pay applications, but they will not control the invoice amounts.

Use the Specified Billing setting if:

You want to specify the amounts in your Subcontractors' invoices
A project requires standard billing for each Subcontractor.
