Customizing Project Level Invoice Rejection Text
As a Project Manager, you can create a custom list of rejection reasons and good faith statements for Invoice Approvers to use during the invoice approval process. Some state statutes may require standardized good faith statements and reasons for each invoice rejection reason. The rejection text is displayed for all approval methods.
Your organization may have set up some organization-level rejection text that is available on all projects. For more information, see topic Managing Organization Level Rejection Responses.
Your access to the settings is dependent upon user roles and permissions.
- Only Project Managers with the Create Project permission can access the Project Settings page.
- Only Local and Enterprise Administrators can edit custom rejection text on the My Organization Settings page.
