Edit Schedule of Values

Use the Edit Schedule of Values page to enter a budget after creating a project. The Schedule of Values (SoV) is your project's budget on the application. The Description column displays the Contract Description entered on the Project Settings page, and the Scheduled Value Amount column shows the Original Contract Value.

The Edit Schedule of Values page differs slightly from the View SoV page. It shows the SoV as tables in three separate tabs and reflects the budget details differently in each.

At first, the Edit Schedule of Values page shows a single line item. As a General Contractor, you may only need a single line item. You will need to add lines to the SoV to show a detailed budget (work breakdown) and invoices if you use the Owner Billing setting or provide a pay application to the Owner.

You can either upload your budget, or manually enter a detailed budget in the available table.
