How Records Appear on the Report
- A record appears only when a user is added to or removed from a project, or when the user has a role on the project. Actions such as toggling Show All Users or adding a user to a project without assigning a role do not create a report record.
- If a user existed before the selected date range, the report includes a baseline record that shows the user’s roles at the beginning of the date range. The baseline record has a time of 00:00:00.
- Subsequent records show changes to the user’s roles within the selected date range. A row can contain multiple role changes because a row is created when the user’s roles are updated and saved.
- When a role is enabled, the applicable role column shows Y. When a role is disabled, the applicable role column shows N. The corresponding role update columns show Y to indicate that the role changed on that record.
- If a user is deactivated, all data columns are empty and the Inactive column shows Y. If a user is activated, the report shows the roles assigned to the user at the time of activation.
- Conditional role, group, and level details are not available in this report. A record appears when the user has an approval role; however, details such as serial-approver levels are not included.
