Configuring Email Settings

To configure which emails the application should send to your email address on file:

  1. Navigate to the View Messages Page
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. In the Receive Email column, select which messages you want to receive via email.
  4. (Optional) Deselect the messages you do not want to receive.

    Caution: Deselecting an email type prevents the system from sending all future emails of that type. If you choose to not receive emails, you must regularly log in to the application to avoid missing draw, invoice, invoice rejection, lien waiver, payment, and compliance updates. Select an email type and save to again receive those emails.

  5. Select the Save button.

    The Messages tab of the View Messages page displays.

  6. (Optional) Select the Settings tab to view changes.

    Deselected message types appear at the bottom of the page, and email settings apply to all projects in which you have a role.
