Disabling Owner Billing when Creating a Project
General Contractors with Create Projects permissions can disable the Owner Billing workflow when creating a new project. Disable this setting when the Owner or Architect for a project is off-system.
- From the TPM Home Page, select the +Add Project button.
An Add Project dialog displays. - In the dialog, complete all required fields.
- Ensure the Enable Owner Billing Workflow option is deselected.
Note: This option is deselected by default.
- Select Save.
The system displays the Owner Project Participants page. - (Optional) On the Owner Project Participants page, add a Title Company, Project Owner, Project Architect, or Supervisory Organization.
Project Managers cannot link Project Owner or Architect information to an on-system organization. - Continue the project setup process.
The project setup process follows the same steps as the process for projects with Owner billing enabled.
