Navigate to the Edit Potential Change Order Page

The Edit Potential Change Order page can be reached from several places on the system.

From the Subcontracts menu on the Project Home Page or Draw Home Page, choose Edit Potential Change Orders.
Use the link from the Potential Change Order submitted email.
Choose the View/Edit Potential Changes Orders link from the Draw Home page or the Tasks page.
Use the Assess link under the Potential Change Orders column of the Manage Invoices page.
