Manage Data Collection Overview
Consider creating a consent notice to alert you and members of your organization to the need to protect Personal Information (PI). Your organization might be collecting, processing, storing, and transmitting PI while using the Oracle Textura Payment Management (TPM) system.
Enterprise Administrators can set up consent notices on the system to ensure all users are aware of the possibility of PI collection.
When organizations include data consent forms:
- A task appears on the Home and Tasks pages, requesting users to view and accept the consent notice
- A user must accept the notice before updating PI on the Edit User page.
