Actual Start Date
The date the project starts.
Estimated Completion Date
The date the project should finish.
General Contractor Project
An identification number assigned by the General Contractor.
Project Name
The name used to identify the project
Project Type
A way to classify a project type. Projects are labeled as a new residential, a residential remodel, a new commercial, or a commercial remodel property.
Textura Project Number
An identification number assigned by the application.
Site Information
Address Information
The address of the project site.
Assessors Parcel No.
May be required to identify certain properties in special situations. The General Contractor enters these values on the Project Settings page.
Census Tract
May be required to identify certain properties in special situations. The General Contractor enters these values on the Project Settings page.
Property Legal Description
May be required to identify certain properties in special situations. The General Contractor enters these values on the Project Settings page.
Participant Information
Address Information
The address of an organization.
Contract
A link to the the Contract Status page for the organization's contract. Only General Contractors see the Contract column and can follow the link to view the details of a contract.
Organization Name
Name of the organization participating on a project. The name links to the View Organization page.
Organization Project Number
The number an organization assigns to a project.
Role
The role an organization plays on the application. Some roles include: Funds Disburser, General Contractor, Subcontractor, Architect, and Sub-Tier Organization.
