Help Panel Overview
When you select Help, a Help panel opens on the right-hand side of the page. In addition to allowing you to see help for the current page, you can also access additional help documentation and training information.
- Help for this Page: Access help documentation for the current page. The help opens in the panel so you can view it while working within TPM.
- TPM Documentation: Access the entire help library. This help persists while you navigate through the application to ensure you do not lose your spot. You can always access help for the current page by either reloading the help panel or using the Search feature.
- Chat with Support: Select this option to open a chat window with Oracle Support to receive help in real-time.
- Create Service Request: Submit a service request for the Oracle Support team.
- Webinar Training: View information on training and Webinars. These presentations teach you how to use different features in TPM or introduce exciting new and upcoming features.
- General Contractor and Subcontractor Learning Paths: Access video-based training based on your organization type. These learning paths teach you how to use TPM as either a General Contractor or Subcontractor.
- Connect With Us: View a brief preview of Textura announcements and important events.
- Contact Us: Contact customer support by phone. We have Support available in English, French, and Spanish.
