GC Project Information Settings

Advance Payments

This setting is used to record and recover payments made prior to billing.

Default Percentage per Invoice — Enter the percentage of each invoice that is used to recover advanced payment from a Subcontractor.

Project Currency Settings

Multiple Currencies—Select multiple currencies for a project.
Functional Currency—Choose the default currency for a project.

Project Translation Setting

Set a project translation language:

English-Australia
English-US
English-Canada
English-UAE
English-UK

Project Bond Settings

Bonding settings are used on projects that must provide proof of a bond performance. The system does not use this information, but it may be displayed on custom documents.

Bonding Institution—Enter the name of the institution that issued the bond.
Bond Amount—Enter the dollar amount of the bond.
Expiry Date—Choose the expiration date.

Project Unit Settings

Unit Billing Option—This setting is used to determine how the system calculates unit billing.
- Hold Unit Price Constant—Choose this option to calculate unit billing against a static Unit Price value. The system defaults to this option.
- Hold SoV Total Constant—Choose this option to calculate unit billing against a static Schedule of Values (SoV) total.
