Setting Up Notice of Lending Tracking on a Project

Notice of Lending settings are only available if the organization enabled notice of lending for Textura Payment Accelerator Program (TPA) projects on the My Organization Settings page.

To set up Notice of Lending tracking on a project:

  1. Navigate to the Project Settings Page
  2. From the TPA tab of the Project Settings page, select the Track Notice of Lending setting.

    Notice of Lending fields appear. If you set up default Notice of Lending settings from your My Organization Settings page, these fields may already be completed.

  3. Complete all Notice of Lending fields.
  4. Select Save Settings.
    • A Status page confirms the project settings have been updated.
    • The Notice of Lending Document generates as an internal only, compliance requirement.
    • The Notice of Lending Organization receives an email with a link to the Notice of Lending document when a Subcontractor enrolls in the TPA for the project.
    • The Notice of Lending Organization must submit a Notice of Lending form for each Subcontractor that enrolls in the TPA.

      Note: A Subcontractor is on hold until the document is submitted and the General Contractor marks the compliance requirement as Received.
