Textura Customer Number

A system-assigned number to identify an organization.

Organization Name

The company name on the organization's account.

Tax ID

The company FEIN number, a nine-digit number.

Block TPA check box

A check box; when selected, it indicates TPA enrollment is not allowed for the organization.

Program Rate Overrides

Enables General Contractor to input an override rate for a specific subcontractor that is enrolled in a TPA program.
