Enhancements in the 19.1.0.0 Release

The Edit SoV page and reports now support six decimal places for unit pricing.
Notaries in the State of Washington need to add their certificate number and expiration date to their Notary information on their user profile. Moving forward, Washington Notaries will notarize with a state notary seal.
The seal includes the following:
- The words, "Notary Public"
- The words, "State of Washington"
- The notary public's name as commissioned
- The notary public's commission expiration date
- The notary public's commission number.
Users can disburse in Mexican Pesos (MXP).
Changes to the Decline TPA dialog box include:
- Renaming the dialog box to Confirmation: This contract is not enrolled in <program_name>
- Adding a Reason for Decline section with a drop-down list of available reasons.
Additionally, the TPA Declined Enrollment Report includes a Reason for Decline column.
The Date Invoice Submitted and Date Authorized columns now display dates in the dd-Mmm-YYYY HH:MM:SS format in the Disbursable Report.
All document types can trigger breakout and handling codes.
