Draw Menu Overview for General Contractors

Use the Draw Menu to control draw periods and participants.

Initiate Draw: Select draw dates and invite Subcontractors to invoice.
Schedule Draws: Set up automatic draw periods.
Track Draw Deadlines: Use to monitor Ontario Construction Act (OCA) mandated deadlines, and send invoice responses to Subcontractors.
Owner Funding List: See a view of all owner payments entered on a project. Manage payments provided by an Owner check. In order to manage Owner funding, a project must use the Track Owner Funding feature and a user must have the Manage Owner Funding permission and the Owner Funding Manager user role on a project.
