Working with the Project Home Page for Owners
- Tasks Tab: Separates outstanding project tasks into different categories. Select a link in one of the tiles to go to a page in the application to complete the task. These tasks also display on the Tasks page.
- Payment Tab: Displays a color-coded bar with payment status for the duration of the project. View totals for paid, pending payment, on hold, and retained amounts.
- In Progress Draws: Shows cards for all open draws, Open draws still have outstanding invoicing-related tasks which must be completed. Select the name of a draw to go to the Draw Home Page.
- Completed Draws: Shows cards for all closed draws. Completed draws are draws in which Subcontractor invoices were disbursed.
- Page View: Defaults to a card view. Select the bullet icon to change the page display to a list view. You can only see open and submitted draws in a card or list view. Completed draws always display in a list view.
- Open Draw Cards: Includes links to the Print Draw Documents and Manage Lien Waiver pages.
- Submitted Draw Cards: Displays the net invoice amount and the Owner and Architect approval status.
