Compliance Menu Overview for Subcontractors
Use the Compliance Menu to manage document compliance, lien waivers, and Manual or Lien Waiver Only Sub-Tier Subcontractors. Upload compliance documents required by the General Contractor.
- View Document Status: See document compliance for the project.
- Edit Document Status: Track and update your legal documents. This option is only available if you act as a Prime Subcontractor and have on-system Sub-Tiers with document requirements.
- My Document Status: View your organization's compliance status for the project.
- Set Up Document Requirements: Set up compliance tracking for Sub-Tier Subcontractors and Suppliers. This option is only available if you act as a Prime Subcontractor and have on-system Sub-Tiers
- Supplier Tracking: View the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) values of both your organization and your Sub-Tiers.
- View Lien Waiver Status: See lien waiver status for a project.
- Manage Lien Waivers: View and update all lien waivers for a specific draw.
- Track Offline Notary: Only available when the General Contractor allows the bypass electronic notary workflow on a project. After bypassing the electronic notary step when reviewing and signing your draw documents, you can use the Track Offline Notary page to upload a paper copy of your notarized document and to view the current status of your notarized documents.
