Updating Document Compliance Status from the View Document Status Page
To update document status from the View Document Status page:
- Navigate to the View Document Status Page
From the Compliance menu at the top of any page, choose View Document Status.
- In the column for the document requirement to update, select the cell for the Subcontractor whose status must be adjusted.
A Requirement Status dialog box displays.
- From the Status drop-down in the dialog box, select a status:
- Not Received: No document has been submitted
- Received: An acceptable document has been submitted
- Not Tracking: No document is required, the Subcontractor is considered compliant, and no more documents are expected
- Not Applicable (Periodic and Conditional Requirements only): This document is not required from this Subcontractor for this draw or period
- Final (Periodic Requirements only): The last document has been submitted, the Subcontractor is compliant, and no more documents are expected.
A Periodic document marked Final will begin tracking again if the Subcontractor is included in another draw.
A hold is released when the document status is Received, as long as the expiration date has not passed.
- If required, add an expiration date for the document.
- (Optional) In the Public Comments field, enter text. Subcontractors can view your comments on their version of the View Document Status page.
- Select the Save button.
The dialog box closes, and the View Document Status page displays the new compliance status.
