Add Sub-Tier and Edit Sub-Tier Fields Overview

Subcontract Of

Shows the name of the Prime Subcontractor.

Where do you want to track the sub-tier's documentation?

Select an option to choose if the organization will sign lien wavers on the application (Lien Waiver Only Sub-Tier) or outside of the application (Manual Sub-Tiers). A Prime Subcontractor or the General Contractor will upload the Manual Sub's signed lien waivers into Textura from the Manage Lien Waivers or Manage Lien Waivers by Draw page.

Organization Name

The name used to identify a Sub-Tier on Textura. When adding a Manual Sub, you will enter text in the available field. For LW Subs, you will select Select Organization and then use the Select Organization dialog box to add an organization.

Location

Only fields for Manual Subs are editable. When creating an LW Sub, location and contact information displays after you select an organization from the Select Organization dialog box.

Editable fields for Manual Subs include: Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Country, City, State, Zip Code, Contact First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number.

Sub-Tier Info

Service

Text used to describe the service provided by the Sub-Tier organization.

Contract Number

A number used to define the contract belonging to the Manual or LW Sub.

Contract Amount

Lists the total amount of the subcontract.

Tax ID

The Sub-Tier's Federal Employer Identification (FEIN), a nine-digit number formatted with a dash.

Preliminary Notice

Notice Date

The date the pre-lien notice was received.

Due on Site

The value for this field is set to what is entered on the Edit Document Status page.

Notice Amount

The amount of the pre-lien notice.

Upload Notice

Use this section to add a pre-lien notice while creating or editing a Sub-Tier. Either drag and drop a file into this section or use File Explorer to upload the notice.

Joint Check

Indicates whether the organization receives split payments created on the system.
