Creating an Organization Approval Rule

To create an organization approval rule:

  1. Navigate to the Organization Approval Rules Page
  2. From the Organization Rules page, choose +Add.

    An Add Organization Approval Rule dialog box appears.

  3. From the Type drop-down list, select a rule type:

    The dialog box changes based on the type selected. The Settings fields appear.

  4. Enter a Name for the rule.
  5. Enter the settings. Enter a single value or a range of values.
    For example: If choosing the Percent Complete rule either:
    • Enter a value to trigger the rule when the contract percent complete is Greater Than or Equal To
    • Enter a value to trigger the rule when the contract percent complete is Less Than.

      OR Enter both values to trigger the rule when the contract percent complete is Greater Than or Equal To one value but is Less Than another.

  6. Select Apply when the rule values are complete.
    The page shows the latest update was today. The table is populated with the new rule.
