Subcontractor Usage Fee Change

Effective on projects created on or after January 19, 2023, the subcontractor usage fee rate is 0.22% of the contract value. There is no minimum fee. A maximum fee will apply to contract values of approximately US$2.3M and greater.

This change will not affect existing or future subcontracts on any project created prior to January 19, 2023.

January 19, 2023 Subcontractor Usage Fees:

Effective on projects created in TPM by the General Contractor on or after January 19, 2023
Usage fee rate is 0.22% of contract value per contract
A maximum usage fee for contracts of US$2,272,727 or greater. The maximum usage fee is US$5,000.
For projects managed in other currencies, the maximum contract value is converted using Oracle's current exchange rate.
No minimum usage fee
Sub-tier subcontractors will pay a flat fee of US$100 per contract (converted to local currency)
Applicable taxes apply.
