Deleting Legal Documents

To delete a legal document attachment from the My Document Status page:

  1. Navigate to the My Document Status Page
  2. Select the Submit link for the legal document requirement. 

    A Manage Attachments dialog box displays.

  3. From the Manage Attachment dialog box, click the red X.
  4. Click Save.

    The View link disappears from the Document Action column of the requirement.

    Notes:

    • You can only use the above workflow to delete legal documents.
    • You cannot delete a legal document after the General Contractor approves a draw.
    • If the General Contractor changes the status to Received, you cannot remove attachments. When you cannot delete an attachment, the X displays in gray, signifying you cannot interact with it.
