Printing Documents

Document Availability

To print draw documents:

  1. Navigate to the Print Draw Documents Page
  2. Use the Draw drop-down list to select a draw to view.
  3. Set the Print Order for Draw Documents.

    Each column on the Print Draw Documents page represents a document type. Each row represents an organization. Sub-Tiers appear beneath their Prime Subcontractor.

  4. Prioritize by the Organization Name, Contract Number, or Description column, or drag-and-drop rows to prioritize which organization's documents print first. Drag-and-drop columns into the order in which documents should print.
  5. Select a document to print by selecting the check box in its field. Use the Select All check box below a column heading to print all documents of that type.
  6. Choose the Print button. A Packet PDF File dialog box appears. All selected draw documents are included in a Packet PDF File. Documents are printed in the order the columns appear, collated by organization in priority order.
  7. Choose the Save File button to save the file to your computer.
  8. Choose Open With Adobe Reader to view the PDF file.
