Resending User Invites
As an Enterprise Administrator or Local Administrator, you have the option to resend invites using the Edit User page. The Resend Invite button is displayed for users who haven't created a username and password and are active.
To resend a user invite:
- Navigate to the Edit User Page
When setting up an account, the Edit User Profile page displays immediately after you create a username and password.
- To change your own profile, choose Edit My Account under your username at the top of any page.
- To change another profile, access this page through the Edit link on the Browse Users page.
- Select the Resend Invite button.
An email is sent to the address on profile, it includes a link to allow users to create a username and password.
