View Document Archives Table Fields Overview

Archive

The number of the archive. By default, archives order sequentially. Use the filter in the first line of the table to search for an archive number.

Name

The name you gave to the listed archive during the archive generation process. Use the filter in the first line of the table to search for an archive name. Select the name of the archive to download the file to your computer.

Project

The name of the project associated with the archive. Use the filter in the first line of the table to search for an archive by project name. Select the project name to go to the Project Home page.

Date Requested

The date a user initiated the archive generation process. Use the filter in the first line of the table to filter the archive page by a selected date requested.

Expires In

The remaining number of days you can access the generated archive. Archives expire after fourteen days. When the archive expires, it is removed from the table. Use the filter in the first line of the table to filter the table to show archives which expire in a selected amount of time.

Document Count

The total number of documents included in an archive. Use the filter in the first line of the table to search for archives with a specified number of documents. Select the number in this column to open a Documents dialog box with an entire listing of included documents.

The dialog box includes the document type, organization, contract number, draw number, date created, detail, and filename of each document included in the archive. You can also download a CSV file of the listed documents.

Format

Lists whether the archive is in a PDF or ZIP format. Use the filter in the first line of the table to choose to show PDF archives, ZIP archives, or both.

File Size

The total size of the archive, often counted in KB or MB. Use the filter in the first line of the table to select an archive file size to use to filter the table.

Requested By

The name of the user who generated the archive. Use the filter in the first line of the table to search for an archive by the name of the user who generated the archive.
