Requesting Your Username

To request the application to send you your forgotten username:

  1. From the Login page, select the Forgot Username link.
  2. In the field, enter the email address you used to sign up for your TPM account.
  3. Select Submit.
    • If you use two-step verification with your account, the application will prompt you to authenticate before it sends an email with your username information.
    • If you are an Enterprise Administrator and do not use two-step verification, the internal security team at Oracle will need to verify your identity before you can retrieve your username. All Enterprise Administrators must set up two-step verification in the application to protect their accounts.
    • If you do not use two-step verification and are not an Enterprise Administrator, the application will send an email to your Enterprise and Local Administrators with your username.
