Recording the Proper Invoice Response
To record the invoice response you received from the Owner:
- Navigate to the Track Draw Deadlines Page
From the Draw menu at the top of any page, choose Track Draw Deadlines.
- Select the Respond link under the Response column.
- Use the Calendar picker to select the date you received comments from the Owner.
- Select the Select File to Upload button, to attach any owner response document you received from the Owner.
Note: Only unencrypted PDFs can be attached
- Select Save.
Tips:
The response document is displayed as a link and can be downloaded by selecting the link on the Track Draw Deadlines page or from the Attachments page.
