Recording the Proper Invoice Response

To record the invoice response you received from the Owner:

  1. Navigate to the Track Draw Deadlines Page
  2. Select the Respond link under the Response column.
  3. Use the Calendar picker to select the date you received comments from the Owner.
  4. Select the Select File to Upload button, to attach any owner response document you received from the Owner.

    Note: Only unencrypted PDFs can be attached

  5. Select Save.

Tips:

The response document is displayed as a link and can be downloaded by selecting the link on the Track Draw Deadlines page or from the Attachments page.
