Organization Data Management for Subcontractors
- Organization data is maintained through the My Organization Profile and My Organization Settings pages.
- There is a setting on the My Organization Profile page that provides an option to lock your bank account information on system and only allow unlocking it via manual process. Please contact Oracle Support at 1-(866) 839-8872 for more information.
- Please review the configuration choices that have been setup for your organization to ensure that they align with your expectations.
- Organization data can only be modified by users with the Enterprise Administrators role. Enterprise Administrators are required to use a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) through their verification phone number to make bank account changes.
- Subcontractors have access to the Organizational Change Audit Report (Subcontractors) to review user-initiated changes to their organization data.
