Change to TPM Email Service

We recently adjusted our email service. This means the email notifications you receive from TPM will come from a new source (specifically, a new email server with a new IP address). Below are the recommended steps you can send to your IT team to help prevent any issues related to this change.

If you do not make a change, you are at risk of not receiving emails from TPM that sent from the new source. These changes ensure the Oracle email servers are recognized as "safe senders" or are on your allowlist.

Instructions

Highly recommended: Add our sending domain's return path address to your allowlist. Our return path address is: <rp.texturacorp.com>. This change will ensure that all mail coming from TPM is allowed regardless of the source IP address which can change over time.

If your incoming email server is configured to use IP addresses for your allowlist, please add the IP addresses on the SPF record to your allowlist for texturacorp.com.

If texturacorp.com is already on your allowlist, there is a good chance you have not added our new IP address before this time. Adding both the domain and the new IP address will maximize effectiveness.
