Manage Draw Participants Informational Fields for Subcontractors

The table on the Manage Draw Participants page includes contract and organizational details. These are not editable.

Participate in Period? column (after inviting Sub-Tier participants)

The Participate in Period? column also includes the status of invited Sub-Tiers:

Notification Pending: The Sub-Tier will receive an invitation to the draw once the system fully processes the request.

Yes: The Sub-Tier received an invitation to the draw.

Check box: The Sub-Tier can be invited to the period

SC (subcontract number)

Subcontract number or purchase order number and contract description. If the column includes ellipses (…), hover over the subcontract number to display the full contract description.

Organization Name

Name the Sub-Tier participating on a project.

Contract Amount

Total amount of the Sub-Tier subcontract.

Billed to Date

Amount approved for payment to date (changes based on Draw Context).

Remaining Balance

Amount left to bill on the contract (the total amount of work outstanding on the contract).

Retention Balance

Total retention held on the contract.
