Stored Materials Tab for Subcontractors

The Stored Materials tab allows you to bill for materials stored and used as a part of your Billing Workflow. When General Contractors enable the Track Stored Material detail setting on a project, the Stored Materials tab will appear first during the invoicing process.

If the project does not include stored materials tracking, the first tab you see in the Billing Workflow will be either the Progress or the Retention tab.

Note: If you plan to bill for stored materials in addition to work completed, Textura supports retention on both billing types, provided the retention percentage is the same for each. To ensure retention is calculated correctly, use the same retention percentage for both billing types.
