We improved the way you submit and review invoices in Textura. With more clarity, helpful guidance, and less clicks, we've streamlined the billing process.

What's Changing

This update is designed to make creating, reviewing, and approving invoices easier in TPM. The changes are centered around a smoother navigation, reduced screen clutter, and practical guidance.

When you use Textura, you might notice some changes like:

  • Tabs for each step of your workflow, and the ability to navigate back and forth between steps
  • 'Net this period' is always on screen and gives you easy access to the billing summary
  • The billing details table has a new Excel-like look and feel
  • The ability to sign and submit your invoice from a single page with the new Review step
  • The Status page has been replaced with a convenient Next Step dialog box that stays with you throughout the workflow.

With less clicks and improved practical on-screen guidance, we've made billing simpler. There's even the option to submit from your mobile, keeping you productive while on the move.

Reviewing + approving invoices

Reviewing and approving invoices will be easier. It takes less clicks to get through the review process, and plain language and simple steps will make it easier to scan. You can even review and approve on mobile, if you're on-the-go.
