Assigning a Classification

You can choose to assign and confirm an organization to a classification or wait till the Subcontractor self-identifies with a business minority classification before confirming them to a classification.

To assign and confirm an organization to a classification:

  1. Navigate to the Enterprise Classification Tracking Page
  2. From the Classification table, select an organization by clicking on the organization name.
  3. From the right pane, select the classification assignments.
  4. Select the Upload Document button to attach supporting documentation.
  5. Select Confirm.

Tips:

You will see an alert notification on the Subcontractor Update column when a Subcontractor identifies or updates their minority business classification. Select the Alert icon to view the classification that the Subcontractor has self-identified with. You can use this information to select an enterprise classification that it maps to and select Confirm.
