Enterprise Classification Tracking

We are excited to expand our Business Classification Tracking functionality to classify organizations and track spend across your entire enterprise. The feature is geared toward tracking your organization's diversity & inclusion (D&I) spend so you can monitor and achieve D&I goals set by your organization.

Here is how it works:

  1. Define or group classifications that are relevant to your organization from the Enterprise Classifications page.
  2. Subcontractors self-report the status of their organization in any of 15 standard categories and provide certificates to validate the classification.
  3. Review and confirm the status of the Subcontractors and Sub-Tiers that are partnering with you on projects.
  4. Report on progress for a business unit or across your organization.

For more information, see the Enterprise Classification Tracking topic. Keep an eye out for additional improvements to Business Classification Tracking in the coming months!

Enhancements

General Contractors

  • Business Classification Tracking Update:
    • The Business Classification Tracking page now displays the entire project total. It includes a General Contractor line with the project total and nested below are the Subcontractor and Sub-tier values and statuses.
    • The Organization Classification page has been renamed to Project Classification Templates. The functionality remains unchanged.
  • Ontario Construction Act:
    • To better align with requirements for the Ontario Construction Act (OCA), you can now choose notification options for outstanding OCA responses and deadlines. You can also easily navigate between the Track Draw Deadline and Manage Invoices and Manage Draw Payments pages.
    • Track more information about the OCA by generating the new Due Dates and Responses report from the Generate Reports page.

Other Enhancements

  • Tennessee Notary Update: The system will now print the notary seal for Tennessee notaries on documents which support the seal functionality. Tennessee notaries will also need to include their county when completing the notary section on their page to notarize.
  • Two-Step Verification via authenticator app: You can now set up an authenticator app to receive a security code, rather than use SMS or voice when changing key data in TPM. Supported apps include: Twilio Authy, Oracle Mobile Authenticator, and others.
