Feature: Use an app for Two-Step Verification (21.7.0.0)

If your account is secured with two-step verification, you can now choose to receive your security codes through an app as an alternative to SMS or voice call. You may be required to complete two-step verification when changing your organization or user details or resetting your password.

Supported apps include: Twilio Authy, Oracle Mobile Authenticator, and others.

In order to choose this option, you must:

  1. Set up two-step verification with SMS or voice.
  2. Download the app and link the same phone number you used in step 1 to the app.
  3. Use the app, to verify your identity.
  4. After verification, you can retrieve a code via the app at any time.
