Uploading a Notarized Document from the Track Offline Notary Page
To upload a document you had notarized offline to the Track Offline Notary page:
- Navigate to the Track Offline Notary Page for Subcontractors
- From the Compliance menu at the top of any page, select Track Offline Notary.
- After uploading a document to the Upload [Document] for Draw dialog box, select the View all offline notary documents requiring attention link.
- From the Actions column on the Track Offline Notary Page, select the Upload button.
An Upload [Document] for Draw dialog box displays.
- Either:
- Open the file location on your computer and drag and drop the saved notarized document into the dialog box.
- Select the + (plus sign) in the dialog box to navigate to your saved file location. Once there, select the file to upload.
The file name displays in the dialog box.
- Select the Upload button.
- A success message displays, confirming you have successfully uploaded your document.
- Additional next steps appear under the confirmation message. These include links to upload additional notarized documents or to view all outstanding offline notarization upload tasks.
- Close the dialog box.
- The status of the document changes from Not Received to Awaiting Approval.
- The Upload button disappears and you can now choose to download either your uploaded document or the original, unsigned document from the Actions column.
