Creating a User
The Create User process does not change with federated SSO. An Administrator for the organization can create a new user through the application. If the Administrator is setup with federated SSO, the newly created user will default to federated. The Administrator has the option to make the user unfederated as well. From the Users Menu at the top of the Home page, choose ‘Create User'. From there, input required fields and desired user permissions.
- The E-mail address on the user's profile must match the user's domain. This will become the user's login username.
- Users can update their e-mail after the profile is created. All system notifications will be routed to this address.
- Caution: Updating the username to a domain not registered in TPM will prevent the user from logging in.
