About the Project Fee Information Page for General Contractors

The Project Fee Information page contains two tabs with fee information: Project Metering Data and Rate Card. If your organization pays fees based on an enterprise subscription model, you will see a third tab called Enterprise Pricing.

Project Metering Data Tab

The Project Metering Data tab includes information on each project linked to your General Contractor organization. It highlights the project value, associated project fees,Tax This Period, currency, the fee date, and project information, such as project name, segment ID (if applicable), and project number. The Tax This Period column displays line-level tax information for specific lines on an invoice.

The table also includes the name of the contract associated with a given project fee.

Only Enterprise Administrators and Local Administrators can access this page.

Tips

The Invoice Number does not refer to an invoice submitted through TPM as a part of your draw process. This is the Invoice Number for your Project Fee.

Expected credit refers to the credit you will receive should the value of your project decrease through a negative change order.

In the Fee Type column, a New Fee refers to a fee initiated upon the creation of a new project. An Update Fee is a fee related to an existing project.

See a Tax column? The jurisdiction (state/city) in which you are located has determined that online software is taxable. The tax is shown in a separate column.

Rate Card Tab

The Rate Card tab shows the rate in which your project fees are determined. Rate card information shows rates for both the project alone and the project with Subcontractor usage fees.

You can export this data to a CSV file. The exported Rate Card file includes a tab for each individual rate card.

Enterprise Pricing Tab

The Enterprise Pricing tab shows records of all enterprise subscriptions associated with your organization on TPM. Cards near the top of the page display the balance and duration of your current subscription. If you need to find a specific approved invoice which was deducted from your Net Billings Allowance, enter text in the Search columns field above the table to look for it.

The table on this tab includes the following information about all of your organization's subscriptions: Project, Project Number, Subcontractor, Contract Number, Date Approved, Payment Approved.
