Organization Profiles for General Contractors
As a General Contractor or Owner, you can use several legal entities on the application. Each entity links to the primary organization and has its own name, address, tax IDs, and bank account. Add these legal entities as secondary organizations on the system.
Use the Organization Profiles page to view and manage the organization profiles you use on Textura. Every General Contractor sets up one primary organization as a part of the Account Setup Workflow, but if you require a different funding organization for specific projects, you can create additional organization profiles from this page.
The page lists all organization profiles on the left and displays the projects currently connected to the selected profile on the right. You can add, delete, or edit funding information for your organizations at any time.
Note: You cannot delete your primary organization or organizations which are currently set up to fund an active project.
To use a different legal entity on a project, select it from Project Funding pane, available from both the Organization Profiles page and the Project Settings project menu. Once selected, the secondary organization displays on billing documents and is used for ACH disbursements.
Contact your Textura implementation team before adding new banking information for a secondary organization.
